Creative quality content for every blog post is imperative for all bloggers as it is one of the main reasons for blogging success. Even though I have a B.E degree after my name, I had my own apprehensions when it came to expressing my own words until few years before. But once I chose up Blogging as my career and started to work for some freelancing sites as a writer, my writing skills has improved a lot . Many prominent bloggers and my family appreciated my developing writing skill and this stimulated me to improve my writing skills even more. Am following my simple unique style of writing and this helped me to get new as well as keep regular readers check for my blog posts.

I heard from many bloggers that they are not good in writing. My sincere suggestion is that they should stop these pessimistic thoughts about their communication skills and should follow some useful ways to overcome it. As an example I have a blogging friend who is technically sound in designing but deprived in writing and sometimes I get mails from him to improve and proof read the blog posts written by him. I often encourage him to follow the protocols to write better and mail him about the beneficial stuffs related to it.

3. To make your voice clear among other contemporaries in the social networking sites and to get more comments.
4. To turn the first time readers into permanent visitors.
5. To show your intelligence & expertise and to get good reputation in the blogosphere.

#1. Perform nonstop reading and writing about writing skills

I accept that continuous reading of books, newspapers and webpages would progress the writing skill. But if you particularly concentrate on the topics about writing, then it would help to improve your writing skill quickly. The bloggers can read the articles and blog content mostly related to writing other than general things. Also practice writing daily by choosing a topic and write some points on your own based on the topic and correct it with spell checking and grammatical websites. The more you write and practice, the quicker your writing will be developed. As the saying goes “Practice makes man perfect”.

#2. Break the blog posts with short paragraphs and bullet points

I saw many blog posts spooling out with long and chunky paragraphs. It is a bad way of writing and don’t do that. Just break down the blog posts with appropriate short paragraphs. Practice using bullet points and subheadings wherever needed and this simple writing would definitely improve your writing skill a lot. Also this would not bore your readers as bullet points and short sentence are more readable than stories in long paragraphs.

#3. Do blog comments with enough lines and reply to your emails

I understand that we all read a lot of blog posts in other blogs to expand our knowledge. Read the post completely, understand the concept provided in that and leave your valuable comment to that post. If you have prior knowledge about that post, try to share it with simple words. If not, then express how the post helped you to gain the awareness in your own humble style. Also don't hesitate to reply for the mails from your readers and blogging friends as it would help in mending your writing talent.

#4. Don’t feel shy to learn Grammar

Age is no limit for a person who wants to learn more. Similarly, if you are good in Grammar, then the writing task would be easy & fun and am sure that you would advance the abilities in scripting effortlessly. If you feel that you are not well versed in English grammar, then don’t feel shy to learn it properly. Because your blog posts with many grammatical mistakes could ruin your credibility as a writer.

#5. Study the synonyms for various words

I admit that you had read synonyms in your school days, but there would be numerous words that you have not come across. While reading the other blog posts, study the synonyms of various useful words and use it in your posts wherever needed. Instead of using the same words, just replace it with suitable synonym which would make your blog post distinctive for the readers.

The imperious tip to advance your writing cleverness is staying on topic without wandering from main topic. Adding too many points which are slightly out of your main topic would make the readers to be confused with your writing. The posts would be healthier if you choose one main point and few relevant sub points to make it clear and precise. This writing style is easy to follow and would build your talents in writing.
